ELLSWORTH — Ellsworth saw its record evened at 1-1 on Tuesday with a 3-0 loss to the Narraguagus Knights.

The Eagles started slowly with a 25-6 loss in the first game but put up a stronger battle in the next two, losing by scores of 25-21 and 28-26.

For Ellsworth, Bridget Chase had 11 assists, 3 digs and a kill, and Jenn Tupper had 8 kills and 7 digs.

For Narraguagus, Andrea Perry led the way with 8 kills, 12 digs and 2 blocks, and Leydi Le Lopez had 3 aces, 8 digs and was 12-for-14 serving.
