Lady Bucks Pound Coyotes

OLD TOWN — The Bucksport Golden Bucks got their revenge for a 2-1 loss just four days earlier as they crushed the Old Town Coyotes 16-2 on Tuesday.

Mindy Pye led the Bucksport offense, driving in five runs with a grand slam homer and a single.

Sadie Wight also drove in three runs with a double and a single, and Andie Lawford and Shelby Redman each singled twice for the Bucks.

Righthander Abby Yeo pitched the five-inning complete game, giving up five hits and striking out two as the Bucks wrapped up their regular season.
