BLUE HILL — Ben Eley rifled a perfect cross to Ben Plohr at the corner of the penalty box and Plohr headed the ball past goalkeeper Ryan Grindle and into the net for a 2-1 GSA Eagle win over the Bucksport Golden Bucks on Friday.

Bucksport jumped in front in the first half on an unassisted goal by Sam Stearns.

But the Eagles knotted the score before halftime as Plohr scored his first goal on an assist by Chase Bradford.

GSA goalkeeper Ben Olivari finished with seven saves on 11 shots and Grindle had four saves on 16 shots in goal for Bucksport.
