BUCKSPORT — The Bucksport Golden Bucks claimed their first win of the season, downing the Searsport Vikings 2-0 on Friday.
Silas Fitzgerald scored off an assist by Sam Stearns and Carter DeRedin scored off an assist from Chris Chaffee for the Golden Bucks.
Goalkeepers Dylan Seiber and Evan Seekins combined for the shutout with three saves on four shots.
Austin Dean made six stops on 11 shots for the Vikings.
