    EUGENE, Ore. — Ben Shorey, who became a champion racewalker at Ellsworth High School, recently placed third in the men’s 20-kilometer racewalk at the U.S. National Outdoor Track and Field Championships.     BOSTON — Evan Graves, formerly of Bar Harbor and now residing in Caribou, pounded the pavement for nearly three and a half minutes less than he did last year at the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 20. His place was the top finish for Mainers where he came in 32nd overall with a time of 2:26:11 versus last year’s time of 2:29:39.
