Penfold claims Seacoast Invitational win in Sullivan



SULLIVAN — After three second-place finishes to start the season, Deer Isle-Stonington’s Brendan Penfold finally has an invitational win of his own.

Penfold won Friday’s Seacoast Invitational in Sullivan with a time of 17 minutes, 57 seconds. He finished 47 seconds ahead of the next runner, Addison Coty of Calais. Below is a list of the top-10 individual finishers and all team scores for both the boys’ and girls’ events.
