Hassett, Tardy win at Hancock County championships



BLUE HILL — All season long, George Stevens Academy’s John Hassett and Mount Desert Island’s Tia Tardy have been the faces of cross-country in Hancock County. On Friday, that was no different.

Hassett and Tardy won the boys’ and girls’ individual events, respectively, at the Hancock County championships Saturday. Below is a list of the top-10 individual performers and all team scores for both the boys’ and girls’ events.
