Tigers Maul Devils

EAST CORINTH — The Sumner Tigers raced out to a 21-6 first period lead and held a 39-11 edge by halftime, giving coach Walter Crabtree an opportunity to make liberal use of his bench in a 69-28 win over the Central Red Devils.

Tylor Martin led the way for Sumner with 15 points, Xavier Tracey had 11 and Tristan Rayner, Gabe O’Brien and Dillan Harmon chipped in with seven each as the Tigers upped their record to 6-0.

For Central, Chris Brownell led the way with 11 points.
