BAR HARBOR — Hannah Shaw had 12 points and eight rebounds to lead the MDI Trojans over the Washington Academy Raiders 48-44 in their season opener Saturday.
Emily Lewis also had 10 points and Sara Norberg chipped in with nine for the Trojans.
Kristi Wright led the Raiders from East Machias with a game-high 16 points and Mackenzie Ross had 13.
