Eagles Handle Crusaders

ELLSWORTH — Yet again, the Ellsworth Eagles showed good scoring balance as they pulled away to a 59-34 victory over the still-winless John Bapst Crusaders.

Nick Holt led the way for Ellsworth with 16 points and Thomas Sawyer, Steve Mahon and Griffin Nightingale added nine each as the Eagles improved to 5-0 on the season.

Andrew Gatchall scored 12 points to lead the Crusaders.
