BLUE HILL — Righthander Nick Kane struck out 12 batters and gave up just two hits in five innings as the GSA Eagles rolled to a 10-0 win over the Sumner Tigers on Monday.

GSA pushed four runs across the plate in the first inning as Sumner starter Brendan Tenney struggled with his control, walking four batters.

Sam Eley had a two-run single and Schuyler Van der Eb a sacrifice fly to drive in three of the runs.

GSA added two more in the second on a double by Jesse Dow, who scored when Kane reached on an error, and an RBI single by Josh Gale.

Cameron Lawson had a two-run triple for GSA in the third and the Eagles added single runs in the fourth and fifth innings.

Infield singles by Joey Malloy  and Zach Simmons were the only hits for the Tigers.
