Ingredients
  • ½ cup smoked dulse cut in small pieces
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small zucchini cut into thin half-moons
  • 1 small or medium red bell pepper julienned
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsps. toasted sesame oil
  • 4 oz. plain goat cheese
  • 4 or 5 flatbreads

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet until it’s medium-hot. Add veggies and garlic and saute until tender. Add smoked dulse and cook for another two or three minutes. Spread a ¼-inch layer of goat cheese on each flatbread. Distribute vegetable mixture on top of goat cheese.
  2. To serve as a snack or appetizer, the flatbread can cut into 1-inch sections to serve as an appetizer or snack, or the entire flatbread can be toasted and served open-face as a pizza.
