Ingredients
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogut
  • 2 six-ounce cans chopped clams, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • Tbsp. finely chopped green onion, scallions or garlic scapes
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • Sea salt and fresh pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Finely chop the parsley and add to a large bowl. Chop the scallions and add to the bowl. Drain the clams and chop if needed and add to the bowl.
  2. Add the sour cream or Greek yogurt to the bowl. Fold the ingredients into the sour cream. Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Old Bay seasoning. Taste and correct the seasonings.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or longer for flavors to marry.
Recipe Notes

To serve: Spoon ¼ cup of dip into small bowl. Arrange on a plate with cut-up root vegetable sticks.

Nutritional analysis per tablespoon: 24 calories, 2 grams protein, 1 gram carbohydrates, 1 gram fat, 15 mg. sodium, less than 1 gram fiber.
