Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Bouchard Family Farms’ Ployes Acadian Buckwheat Pancake and Flatbread mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cooked beets
  • 3/4 cup milk or water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until batter is the consistency of heavy cream. Allow to sit for 5 minutes or so before cooking the pancakes in a preheated skillet.
