Thank you, Hospice

Dear Editor:

I want to thank Hospice for letting my husband pass peacefully at home; the care was exceptional, and I was very pleased. He always said he wanted to die at home, so he got his wish. He was Leland Bowden Sr., and he left his last words in the poem:

On my last trip down the highway of life, there’s an exit up ahead soon I’ll be free from my burden and strife but there’s nothing to dread, for Jesus is waiting just over the hill and loving me more and more every day when I turn off of the exit. He will guide me the rest of the way. LAB
