Priscilla Leota Clark, 89, died Aug. 8, 2018, at an Ellsworth hospital. She was born in Gardiner, July 12, 1929, the daughter of Clinton H. and Leata (Littlefield) Barrett.
She attended Gardiner and Sullivan public schools and graduated from Washington State Teachers College, Class of 1951. Priscilla taught school for several years in the Gouldsboro school system. With great courage and self-determination, she coped as a polio survivor.
She is survived by her best friend and husband, Casper W. Clark; son, Joey Casper Clark and wife Darlene; grandson, Adam Joseph Clark; step-granddaughter, Kasey Bean; and sister, Joyce A. Bragdon of Portland.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m., Sept. 14, 2018, at Riverside Cemetery, Hancock.
