LAMOINE — Edward L. “Ed” or “Eddie” Frank passed away peacefully March 29, 2012, at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital. He was born Dec. 15, 1955, in Portland, son of Roscoe Frank and June (Pickens) Liberty.
Ed worked on boats for many years. His last job for Gott’s he truly loved and met many nice people. Ed was very fond of Beth Gott, his boss, Tim Gott, Charlie Dillon, Ricky Miles and family. Ed loved doing things with Timmy. Motorcycling, ATVing, camping, hunting, ice fishing and snowmobiling were his passions. He enjoyed helping with charities with Don Clark. He loved the Make a Wish Foundation.
Survivors include his loving and devoted partner for 11½ years, Mavis Polley, and her three children, Terry and Kimberly McNeil, Alvin Goodrich and partner, Melanie Maddocks, and Karen and Jr. Tibbetts; one grandson, Jason Goodrich.
A service of remembrance will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2012, at the home of Edward Frank and Mavis Polley, 171 Buttermilk Road, Lamoine, ME 04605. Donations may be made to Mavis Polley at the above address.
