Bobby Lewis

ELLSWORTH — Bobby Lewis, 80, of Ellsworth died Monday, Sept. 2, 2013, after a short illness. Surrounded by his family, Bobby’s last words to his family were that he loved and was very proud of them. Bobby attended Bass Harbor Grammar School and Pemetic High School. He was an active member of the United States Army for two years. His recreational pastime was going to camp in Mariaville and playing pool with friends and family. Bobby loved hunting and fishing with the boys, which was something he looked forward to each fall. Another pastime was collecting scrap metal. He loved summer picnics when family and friends would get together and go to Gott’s Island and surrounding islands for the day.
