World War I Talk At Wilson Museum



CASTINE — Samuel Cormier will give a talk on the causes and effects of World War I as well as the life of a typical highland soldier (1914-1918), his weapons, equipment and experience in the trenches on Monday, Oct. 17, at 2:30 p.m. at the Wilson Museum in Castine.

The public is encouraged to bring World War I memorabilia for show and tell.

Cormier is a member of the 42nd Battalion of the Black Watch, Royal Highlanders of Canada, Living History Association.
