Wind Power Forum Set in Blue Hill

BLUE HILL — Peninsula Power, a community group with members from Blue Hill, Brooklin, Brooksville and Sedgwick, is holding an open forum on Thursday, Oct. 22, at 7 p.m. at the Blue Hill Town Hall to discuss the possibility of a community-owned wind power project.

Along with George Baker and Suzanne Pude from the Island Institute, the group will explain the community wind development process, describe how it has been used for the Fox Islands and discuss the prospects of a project on the Blue Hill Peninsula.
