CASTINE — Get down to the basics of earthen ovens and great bread at a talk at the Wilson Museum on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 1 p.m.
The museum and the Castine Woman’s Club are co-hosting a presentation by Stu Silverstein, who will show his video and speak about baking bread and building earth ovens.
He also will talk about his experiences constructing ovens with others from the charity Safe Passage by the dump in Guatemala City.
This program is open to the public and free of charge.
