Wellness Lecture Set in Blue Hill

BLUE HILL — A presentation titled “Move Well” will discuss the types of movement required for the normal, healthy expression of our genes.


The program is scheduled for Tuesday, May 4, at 7 p.m. at the Blue Hill Public Library.

This wellness lecture is based upon extensive review of multidisciplinary studies and presented by nationally certified wellness practitioners Drs. Michael Aker and Sarah De Preter.
