Training session set at SERC



WINTER HARBOR — FrogWatch USA is a national frog and toad monitoring program of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.

Volunteers adopt a wetland and listen for calling frogs and toads during evenings in February through August.

There will be a FrogWatch USA coordinator training workshop on the Schoodic Education and Research Center (SERC) campus in Winter Harbor from Wednesday, May 15, through Thursday, May 16.

This in-person training is free and meals and lodging on-site are included through the support of a National Science Foundation Informal Science Education (NSF ISE) grant.

Registration closes May 3.
