Taunton Bay Center To Host Talks

HANCOCK — A series of seven programs will be presented this summer at Taunton Bay Education Center in Hancock.


All talks will take place on Friday evenings at 7.

First up on June 25 is Sue Schaller, who will talk on “Yardscaping: Better Yards for People, Pets, Wildlife and Fisheries of Taunton Bay Using Native Plants.”

On July 9, Steve Perrin will speak on “Taunton Bay in a Clam Shell: The Big Picture of the Bay in a Small Presentation.”

Talks are also scheduled for July 16, 23 and 30 and Aug. 6 and 13.

Taunton Bay Education Center is located in Tamarack Place, off U.S. Route 1 behind the Hancock Community Center, diagonally opposite the Hancock post office.
