SOUTHWEST HARBOR — On Saturday, Feb. 16, at 1:30 p.m., all are welcome to come and learn about owls in a program at the Southwest Harbor Public Library.
Learn which owls live here and how to identify them. Explore owls’ many amazing adaptations and skills while perhaps busting a few myths about this popular and elusive family of birds.
The speaker, Southwest Harbor resident Craig Kesselheim, has been a passionate birder for 45 years and has birded on Mount Desert Island for many of those.
