Sumner Adult Ed Classes Starting

SULLIVAN — Sumner Adult Education is offering a Macbook Class Series for individuals with an Apple laptop who would like to improve or develop their computer skills.


Two classes being offered start on Monday, Feb. 1.

Mac Basics is a class designed to develop familiarity with the Macintosh operating system, leopard. The class will cover navigation, basic features and functions.

Classes are on Mondays and runs for five weeks from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

There will also be a Macbook computer lab that provides self-paced MAC instruction.

A computer lab punch card for four sessions can be purchased for $35 starting Feb. 1.

Three computer literacy classes are also being offered starting the week of Feb. 1: Computer Basics, Computer Lab and Online Banking.

Computer Basics classes will meet on Mondays and Thursdays for five weeks starting Feb. 1 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

Computer Labs will be held on Thursdays starting Feb. 4 from 4 to 6 p.m.

Online banking runs for five weeks starting Feb. 4 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
