BAR HARBOR — The latest subdivision plans for Seabury Drive, approved by the planning board in April, have been appealed by Seabury Drive resident Greg Moore. Mr. Moore’s appeal calls into question the legality of adding lots to Seabury Drive and the necessity of allowances to the ordinance approved by the planning board, among other issues. Mr. Moore’s appeal application seeks to overturn the planning board’s approval of a seven-lot subdivision at the intersection of Seabury Drive and Route 3. As approved, the seven lots would be limited from further division. The lots are slated for a 24-acre parcel owned by Bob Bond and Frank Moya, doing business as Tranquility Bond, LLC.
