MOUNT DESERT — The public is invited to find out about starting a food co-op in Seal Harbor at a meeting on Wednesday, May 12, at 7 p.m. in the community room of the Seal Harbor Fire Station.
A co-operative is an organization of people who work together for economic benefit.
Information about co-operatives will be available as well as some ideas and brainstorming about the Seal Harbor Co-op & Café.
