Ocean’s End Decisions Appealed Again

SOUTHWEST HARBOR — Two new appeals have been filed regarding decisions made by the town’s planning board concerning The Village at Ocean’s End subdivision.

Members of the Western Way Condominium Association and condominium owners are appealing the planning board’s Oct. 22 decision to approve the final subdivision plan for the 40-home subdivision, which abuts the Western Way property.

In addition, Mark Kryder and Craig Patterson, who own condominiums at Western Way, had filed an appeal of a July 16 planning board decision to rescind an earlier denial of a subdivision permit for The Village at Ocean’s End.

The town’s board of appeals is scheduled to consider both appeals at a Dec. 9 hearing in the town office meeting room.
