Noise, Recall and Food Measures up for Vote

TRENTON — Ordinances dealing with excessive noise, the removal of selectmen from office and the sale of locally grown food are among the issues residents will vote on at the open town meeting this Saturday, May 21 at Trenton Elementary School. The meeting starts at 10 a.m. Also on the warrant for voter approval are the municipal and school budgets for next fiscal year and two building set-back amendments to the land use ordinance.

On Friday, May 20, voters will elect two members to the board of selectmen. The candidates are Fred Ehrlenback, Mike Hodgkins, Ron Marshall and Dick Vander Zanden. Polls will be open from 1 to 7 p.m. in the town office meeting room.
