BAR HARBOR — There will be open auditions for MDIHS Idol at the Mount Desert Island High School’s Higgins-Demas Theater on Sunday, Nov. 8 from noon to 4 p.m.
Those planning to audition should prepare one song to compete for a spot in the top 10 finalists, who will compete in front of a panel of students and adult judges to be in the final four on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. at the theater. Admission for that show is $8 per person.
This is a program run by students in project graduation. It’s a fund-raiser to get money for a fun/safe time for seniors after graduation.
