SOUTHWEST HARBOR — James Warhola, professor of political science at the University of Maine, will present a lecture on Thursday, Aug. 30, at 8:15 p.m. at the Claremont Hotel in Southwest Harbor.
Warhola’s lecture is titled “What in the World is Russia Doing — and Why? Core Ideas for Animating Russian Foreign Policy.”
