BAR HARBOR — Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County (HVHC) invites the community to their 31st Annual Meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 14, from 5 to 8:15 p.m. at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel in Bar Harbor.
The theme for the evening is “Celebrating the Harvest – 31 Years of Service with Our Volunteers and Colleagues.”
The keynote address will be delivered by Lauri E. Fernald, CFSP, on the topic “Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County at 31: A Harvest of Hearts.”
The evening’s agenda will include a social hour with cash bar and slide show, dinner of surf and turf, volunteer awards and a brief business meeting. The public is invited to join this celebration.
All current HVHC volunteers are invited to join the festivities free of charge and all others are asked to make a $20 donation to cover the cost of the meal.
