BUCKSPORT — On Thursday, Dec. 14, from 5-7 p.m., all are welcome to come to downtown Bucksport to enjoy live music, a holiday-themed photo booth and special sales and events in several local businesses.
In addition to local bagpiper David Weeda, who will be playing up and down Main Street, Chris Soper and Joline Drew will play acoustic soul and blues music at the newly opened Blossoms by the Bay. David and Nate Sims will play acoustic bluegrass in the Heart and Soul Building, New Shades of Blue will perform jazz at MacLeods and Jeff Thibeau and Company will play acoustic guitar at Verona Wine and Design.
There will also be a holiday photo booth in the Heart and Soul Building complete with props and photos by Bangor’s most popular photo blogger, The Thing of the Moment. Holiday photos are available by donation and all proceeds will go to Main Street Bucksport and Bucksport Heart and Soul.
Verona Wine and Design will host a wine tasting from 5-7 p.m. and many other shops are staying open late to accommodate holiday shopping needs.
