BLUE HILL — On Saturday, Oct. 24, there will be a harvest home supper at The First Baptist Church of Blue Hill.
Proceeds will benefit a mission trip to Nicaragua in February 2010.
A team will travel to Central America to work with the AMOS ministry. AMOS stands for A Ministry of Sharing, and refers to the biblical prophet Amos, who called for social justice and improved conditions for the poor.
Dinner will be served at 5 and 6 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children under 12.
