BLUE HILL — A workshop on living gluten-free is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 21, at 10:30 a.m. at the Blue Hill Co-op.
The workshop will be led by Dr. Kerri Vacher.
Vacher will open the workshop with a comprehensive talk on living with gluten intolerance and celiac disease. Following her talk, the floor will be open to questions.
Members of the community will then be invited to share their own wisdom, know-how, recipes and lifestyle ideas.
