BLUE HILL — Local cookbook author Brooke Dojny will give a presentation about Maine culinary traditions on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 7 p.m. at the Blue Hill Public Library.
Dojny is the author or co-author of more than 20 cookbooks, including “Dishing Up Maine”, “Lobster!, Chowderland, The New England Clam Shack Cookbook” and “The New England Cookbook.”
Dojny has written for major culinary magazines and was until recently a regular columnist at the Portland Press-Herald. She lives on the coast of Maine, where she can be found in her garden or kitchen or hanging out at farmers markets, clam shacks and lobster pounds.
