CASTINE — The Castine Arts Association is presenting a fall concert on Sunday, Oct. 2, at 3 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation Meeting House.
Violinist Maeve Espy Feinberg, accompanied by her father, pianist Alan Feinberg, will perform works by Bach, Beethoven, Korngold and Westhoff.
Maeve received her Bachelor of Music degree in May 2016, graduating with honors from the New England Conservatory in Boston. She plans to continue her music studies in Europe.
Her father, Alan Feinberg, has performed with many symphony orchestras before national and international audiences. He received four Grammy nominations for Best Instrumentalist and recorded a wide range of repertoire, including four solo discs for Decca that survey American music.
Admission to the concert is free and there will be an opportunity to meet the performers at a public reception following the concert.
