Bugging Out

BAR HARBOR — ‘Bugs’ World,” a new exhibit at the Dorr Museum of Natural History on the campus of College of the Atlantic, opens Friday, April 2 in a session from 5 to 7:30 p.m. and runs each day through Saturday, June 5. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Peer into the world of water bugs and take a look through the compound eyes of ants and bees. Discover the important roles that bugs play in our lives and in our ecosystem as a whole. Investigate the amazing diversity of bugs, including Madagascar hissing cockroaches, and look at how they’ve been displayed in history as you rummage through the exhibit’s extensive bug collections. Get inspired, get bugged out and have fun!
