Bucksport Police: “Thank You” Sign Stolen from Restaurant

BUCKSPORT — A “thank you” sign from a Route 1 fast food restaurant was reported missing Sept. 7.


Also reported stolen last week was $220 worth of property from an Oak Street home Sept. 9 and a chainsaw from the back of a pickup parked on School Street Sept. 7.

Arrests and Summonses

Jarrod Dimario, 18, Bucksport, warrant.

Alisha Parent, 20, Greenbush, operating after suspension, violation of conditions of release.

David Price, 28, Bucksport, domestic assault.

Bar Fight

An officer dispersed a group of people found yelling and swearing in the Tozier’s II parking lot Sept. 12.


A local man who reportedly attempted suicide Sept. 10 was transported to the hospital.

Criminal Trespass

A man was warned for criminal trespass after being found partially disrobed in a room at the Jewett School Sept. 10, according to police.


A Central Street mailbox was struck by a vehicle Sept. 7.

Dog Bite

A dog bite was reported on Route 46 Sept. 9.

Lost Chick

A woman reported a small white baby chicken missing Sept. 12.
