Birding Program At SERC Dec. 9

WINTER HARBOR — The public is invited to join Mike Soukup and Seth Benz for a brief presentation on birds and birding in the Schoodic area on Friday, Dec. 9, at the Schoodic Education and Research Center (SERC).

The program will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Benz, a naturalist, interpreter and birder, will also answer questions on what birds live here, seasonal changes and historical perspectives.

The program will take place in Moore Auditorium on the SERC campus.

The event is free and open to the public. Donations are welcome at the door. Those planning to attend are invited to bring a lunch. SERC will supply coffee, tea and water.
