Antiques Show Set In Bar Harbor

BAR HARBOR — The first annual Bar Harbor Region Antiques Show and Sale will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 24 and 25, at Mount Desert Island High School.

The Bar Harbor Region Antiques Show expects to become the premier antiques show in the area for 18th, 19th– and early 20th- century furniture, Americana and accessories.

Besides furniture, this year’s show will host antiques dealers specializing in antique silver, Staffordshire, Flow Blue, Americana, antique and estate jewelry, fine glass and china, early soft paste, pottery, quilts and other textiles, antiquarian books and prints, paintings, American and European Art pottery, decorative accessories and more.

The show’s hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

The show will be catered with lunch and snacks available. Adult admission is $7 each ($6 with the ad appearing elsewhere in this paper) and children under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult.
