ELLSWORTH — The Ellsworth office of the Department of Health and Human Services will be hosting a public informational meeting about adoption and foster care in Ellsworth on Nov. 4.
All interested people are invited to attend. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and is expected to end by 11.
