WINTER HARBOR — Winter Harbor and Gouldsboro police responded to an apartment on Main Street Sept. 1 following a report that someone had pulled a knife on the apartment’s occupants. Police determined that a knife was not used in a threatening manner and that the neighbors involved were having a dispute. They had varying stories of the incident and no charges were filed.
Both police departments also investigated a case Sept. 3 in which one person was sending threatening text messages to another. That person was warned by police, as the complainant did not want to press charges.
