PORTLAND — A variety of exhibitors brought their wares to Portland for the 32nd annual Maine Boatbuilders Show last weekend. Dozens of sail and powerboats — traditional and modern — were on display as well as all sorts of maritime wares.
Among Hancock County boatbuilders, Morris Yachts brought one of its Sparkman & Stephens-designed M29 daysailers to the show.
Stephen Rappaport has lived in Maine for nearly 30 years. A lifelong sailor, he spends as much time as possible messing about in boats.
