OTIS — The Maine State Police responded to an incident in Otis early Friday morning and arrested one person, said state police spokeswoman Shannon Moss.
Randy Spencer Jr., 28, of Otis was arrested on multiple felony warrants, Moss said. He was taken to the Hancock County Jail.
Troopers as well as the state police tactical team and crisis negotiation team had responded, Moss said.
There is no word yet on what precipitated the incident.
