Sen. Rosen to visit Orland meeting on speeding August 21, 2018 on News, Politics ORLAND — State Sen. Kim Rosen (R-Hancock County) will join Castine Road neighbors concerned about speeding drivers on Route 166 and 166A at a meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 10 a.m. at the Orland Community Center. This will be the fourth meeting to discuss possible local action. The group has met with Hancock County Chief Deputy Pat Kane and with County Commissioner Percy Brown. Castine Town Manager Jimmy Goodson also attended the last meeting Aug. 8. More than 20 residents of Orland, Penobscot and Castine have attended the meeting since July.
