ELLSWORTH — The Maine State Police found a vehicle on the lawn of a Lamoine residence Oct. 15.

Subsequently, Cpl. Gavin Endre arrested the operator, Amber Wiggins, 21, of Orland, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant.

More accidents

Endre responded to a two-vehicle crash with minor injuries in Gouldsboro Oct. 16. One vehicle crossed the centerline and struck an oncoming vehicle, police said. Both vehicles had to be towed.

A loaded tractor-trailer truck made a sharp turn that resulted in the trailer going into the ditch and rolling over in Hancock Oct. 13, Trooper Jarid Leonard said.

The operator, Devin Beach, 24, of New Brunswick, was not injured, the trooper said.

The Hancock Volunteer Fire Department, the Maine Department of Transportation and Dave’s Towing assisted.

Summonses

Sawyer summoned Thomas Farnham, 25, of Baring Plantation on charges of attaching false plates and operating after suspension Oct. 13. The traffic stop occurred after the trooper had gotten a complaint about a truck hauling a single-wide trailer and allegedly forcing vehicles off the road by Ayers Junction Road in Charlotte.

Endre summoned Russell Boynton, 61, of Lamoine on a charge of operating after suspension Oct. 9.
