ELLSWORTH — A woman was charged after she allegedly reached through a window and punched another woman in the face on Bayside Road in Trenton Sept. 13, the Maine State Police reported.
Trooper Caleb McGary summoned Christina Richards, 38, of Trenton on charges of assault and operating after suspension.
McGary summoned Steven Chattley, 21, of Fletchers Landing with hindering apprehension or prosecution in relation to this case.
McGary was able to track down the assault suspect because the victim provided him with an accurate plate number.
On Sept. 13, Cpl. Dan Ryan arrested Paul Berry, 41, of Deer Isle on a warrant charging failure to appear. Berry also was charged with operating after suspension, leaving the scene of an accident and failing to report accident, which occurred in Deer Isle, police said.
Driving infraction
Trooper Jacob Ferland summoned Jennifer Jacques, 38, of Orland on a charge of operating after suspension Sept. 15 in Orland.
Arrest
Ferland arrested Ian Orchard, 42, of Stonington on a charge of violating of conditions of release in Orland.
Theft
McGary is investigating a theft of a power meter from a Tremont residence that was reported Sept. 14.
