Gouldsboro Police Log Week of Oct. 7

GOULDSBORO — On Monday, Sept. 27, Officer Adam Brackett responded to a report of an alleged assault at a Route 1 residence in Gouldsboro. His investigation is ongoing.

Missing dogs

Two dogs took off for five hours last Friday, Oct. 1, from a South Gouldsboro home. The canines, which had disappeared from the Deane Point Road area, were later rounded up and were found to have rolled in discarded lobster shells during their adventures at large.

Still, the pets’ owner was happy to have them back, according to the responding officer, Police Chief Patrick McNulty.
